Actress-singer, director, author, pedagogue, clown, graduated from the International School of Theater “The Circus in Steam”, specialized in Theater Pedagogy at the National Academy of Dramatic Art “Silvio D’Amico”, graduated with honors in History of Theater and Performing Arts at La Sapienza University in Rome with a thesis on Dario Fo. During her training and artistic career, she met different artists such as: Carlo Quartucci, Emanuel Gallot-La Vallée, Francesca De Sapio, Cathie Marchand (Living Theater), Ugo Chiti, Fabio D’Avino, Alfonso Santagata, Solene Fiumani, Hal Yamanouchi, Maria Claudia Massari, Claudia Contin, Vlad and Yury Olshanski, Cirque du Soleil, Laura Curino, Lucilla Galeazzi, Mimmo Cuticchio, Gabriella Aiello, Alex Navarro.
Chiara Casarico has studied music since her early childhood. She plays the guitar, flute, saxophone and accordion. She studied lyrical singing with the teacher Mary Tzambiras and popular song with Lucilla Galeazzi and Gabriella Aiello. From 2009 she began her research on popular songs that led her to collaborate with Lucilla Galeazzi in the vocal group Levocidoro (directed by Lucilla Galeazzi). She also collaborates with Raffaella Misiti in Le Romane. She founded the vocal quartet “Fimminincanto” and often performed alone in recital. In 2012 she participated as a folksinger at the Scottish International Storytelling Festival of Edinburgh. In 2015 she sang and acted in a show by Lucilla Galeazzi with the direction and participation of Maria Rosaria Omaggio at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome.
